Galouti Kabab


How to Make Galouti Kebab

Ingredients:
  • ½ KG Beef Mince
  • 2 Onions Fried
  • 2 tbsp Caper Powder
  • 3 Green Chili (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • As per taste Salt
  • a small piece Mace Powder
  • 1 Black Cardamom Seeds
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 8-10 Black pepper
  • 0ne pinch Nutmeg
  • 4 Cloves
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • a small piece Ginger (Chopped)
  • 4 tbsp Green Coriander (Chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Roasted Chickpea
  • 1 Egg
  • Cooking Oil for frying

    Preparation:

  • 1. First of all, Grind Fried onions, caper powder, Green Chili, Red Chili Powder, Poppy Seeds, Salt, Mace, Black Cardamom seeds, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Cloves, Garlic, & Ginger
  • 2. Add Beef Mince in a Grinder, also add Green Coriander, Roasted Chickpea, Egg, Prepared Mixture (Which we have prepared above). Then Grind well
  • 3. Apply Cooking Oil at your hands. Then prepare average sized kebabs from the grinded mixture. And refrigerate them for 30 Minutes
  • 4. Then Shallow fry these kebabs until they fully cooked
  • 5. Your tasty kebabs are ready to serve
  • 6. Serve with Salad or Raita
